小纪汗煤矿主排水泵房布置在复合岩层中,采用半圆拱型断面,宽6.04m,高8.92m,掘进断面50m2,为高帮大断面永久硐室,支护难度大、要求高。运用数值模拟方法分析得出了高帮大断面硐室围岩变形破坏特征为以两帮破坏为主的结论,提出了做好控顶工作的同时应着重加强帮部支护的设计思想。采用以高强锚杆、锚索为主体的锚网喷联合支护方案,有效地控制了围岩变形,收到了良好的支护效果。

Main drainage pump room was in combined rock. The semicircular-arch-shape pump cavern was 6. 04m wide and 8. 92m high and its area reached 50m2. For the high-wall and large-section permanent cavern, supporting was difficult. Applying numerical simulation method, it was obtained that two-side of the cavern was main failure location. Supporting design of reinforcing two-side sup-porting on the premise of controlling roof was put forward. After applying combined supporting projection of anchored mesh and spraying with high-strength anchored bolt and cable, surrounding rock deformation was controlled effectively and supporting effect was excellent.
