通过对煤岩进行单轴压缩实验,借助声发射和数字图像处理技术,对单轴压缩条件下煤岩的裂纹开裂扩展特性进行系统研究。研究结果表明:煤岩破裂过程中裂纹扩展具有阶段性的特征,其演化特征和载荷、声发射的阶段性变化有良好的同步性;煤岩破裂过程中裂纹由内向外扩展,峰值应力前,内部损伤累积到一定程度,岩石内部裂纹萌生,并逐步向岩石表面扩展;煤岩最终破坏时出现的多条宏观裂纹在变形过程中开裂扩展趋势基本一致,裂纹形状相似;煤岩微观破裂与宏观断裂之间存在一定的联系,在煤岩处于相对稳定状态时,主要产生以剪切破坏为主的裂纹,在煤岩产生小尺度破坏和宏观可见破裂时,主要产生以张拉破坏为主的裂纹。实验结果揭示了煤岩变形破坏规律,对于煤岩破裂机制研究具有一定的理论意义。

Coal and rock fissure cracking and developing characteristic under uniaxial compression condition was researched by acous-tic emission and data imagine processing technology. Results showed that fissure development took on stage characteristic during coal and rock failure and good synchronism between fissure evolvement and stage variation of load and acoustic emission. Fissure developed from inside to outside. Before stress summit, inner damage accumulated to some degree and fissures occurred in rock and gradually e-volved to rock surface. Cracking and developing tendency of macrocracks which formed at final failure time were basically consistent and crack shapes were similar. There was relationship between micro failure and macro breakage. When coal and rock was in relatively stable state, shear-fissure predominately occurred. When in small-scale failure and macro failure phrase, tension-fissure predominately formed. Experiment result revealed coal and rock deformation and failure rule, which had some theoretical value for coal and rock fail-ure mechanism.
