利用热重分析仪研究了化学链氧解耦燃烧中Mn3O4的吸氧特性。借助热重分析仪考察Mn3O4在不同温度、不同氧气体积分数下的吸氧特性及其循环特性,重点研究了飞灰和炉渣对循环特性的影响。辅以SEM和XRD对循环前后的颗粒进行表征和颗粒成分分析。实验结果表明,随着反应温度的升高,Mn3O4吸氧时间增加;氧气体积分数越高,吸氧时间越少。对循环测试表明,Mn3O4有较好的循环能力;炉渣中含有的 SiO2对 Mn3O4循环能力有较大影响,而飞灰对其影响不大。
利用熱重分析儀研究瞭化學鏈氧解耦燃燒中Mn3O4的吸氧特性。藉助熱重分析儀攷察Mn3O4在不同溫度、不同氧氣體積分數下的吸氧特性及其循環特性,重點研究瞭飛灰和爐渣對循環特性的影響。輔以SEM和XRD對循環前後的顆粒進行錶徵和顆粒成分分析。實驗結果錶明,隨著反應溫度的升高,Mn3O4吸氧時間增加;氧氣體積分數越高,吸氧時間越少。對循環測試錶明,Mn3O4有較好的循環能力;爐渣中含有的 SiO2對 Mn3O4循環能力有較大影響,而飛灰對其影響不大。

The oxygen adsorption characteristics of Mn3O4 in chemical looping with oxygen uncoupling(CLOU) were studied by a thermogravimetric analyzer. The oxygen adsorption characteristic and cycle characteristic of Mn3O4 were investigated under different temperatures and oxygen volume fraction. The influence of fly ash and slag onthe cycle characteristics was focused on. The particle characterization and composition before and after the circulation were analyzed by SEM and XRD. Experimental results show that the time of oxygen adsorption increased with the increase of temperature but with the decrease of oxygen volume fraction. The cycle test shows that Mn3O4 has a good ability of circulation. Slag has a great influence on the circulation ability of Mn3O4 due to SiO2 in it,but fly ash has little effect on it.
