以水酶法提取油茶籽油后的油茶籽干渣为原料,通过添加适量辅料,用酵母菌、霉菌和枯草芽孢杆菌进行单菌和混菌组合的发酵试验。试验结果表明:康宁木霉能充分利用油茶籽渣液态发酵培养基和固态发酵培养基中的营养基质从而良好生长。以10%的总接种量将菌种接种到固态发酵培养基中,在28℃下进行恒温发酵,两天翻曲一次,培养6 d后,烘干至恒重测定粗蛋白含量,其中以康宁木霉和啤酒酵母接种量1∶1组合产粗蛋白含量最高,达到了21.23%,与初始培养基相比提高了89.68%。

The fermentation conditions optimization were conducted with several kinds of yeast,mold, and bacillus subtilis by using oil–tea camellia seeds cake which was produced after extracting oil–tea camellia seeds oil with the aqueous–enzymatic technology as raw material and added a proper amount of auxiliary material.The results showed that corning trichoderma viride could make full use of the nutrition matrix of the liquid fermentation medium and solid state fermentation medium to grow up quickly. 10%quantity of total inoculation of strains were added to the solid state fermentation medium, fermentated at 28℃under the constant temperature. Six days later,the product of fermentation was dried to constant weight,and then was tested the content of crude protein. The best result of crude protein reached 21.23% from the ratio of corning trichoderma viride and tropical candida 1∶1, increased 89.68%by the initial solid state fermentation medium.
