煤矿广泛采用铰接顶梁结构的四柱放顶煤液压支架,存在的问题是前梁端部支撑能力小,顶梁结构复杂,封闭性差,支架前部容易出现片帮、冒顶。采用整体顶梁结构的四柱放顶煤液压支架,顶梁前端的支撑力大,可有效防止煤壁片帮、冒顶,但该架型支架前、后柱受力不均带来的问题比较突出,严重时造成工作面支架压死。理论研究和实际应用表明,要针对煤层开采条件进行个性化设备选型和液压支架优化设计,选用整体顶梁结构的四柱放顶煤液压支架,建议其额定工作阻力估算值应比普通铰接顶梁放顶煤支架提高约1.4~1.6倍。

4-prop powered support with hinged top-beam for top-coal caving was widely used in coal mines, but its small supporting force of top-beam end, complex top-beam structure and bad closure usually resulted into coal-wall slide and roof fall. Applying whole top-beam technology to improving supporting force of top-beam could effectively prevent coal-wall slide and roof fall, but this would form unbalanced force between front prop and rear prop and even result into support crushing. Theoretical analysis and practice showed that special equipment lectotype and optimized powered support design for coal-seam condition was necessary. When selecting 4-prop powered support with whole top-beam for top-coal caving, it was suggested that its rated working resistance should be 1. 4~1. 6 time larger than that of common powered support with hinged top-beam.
