建立了同时分离检测粮谷作物中菊酯类杀虫剂（胺菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯和氰戊菊酯）的高效液相色谱（HPLC）–二极管阵列检测器（DAD）法。结果表明，5种农药在15.5 min内实现了基线分离，检出限在0.01~0.05μg/mL之间。该方法是高效、灵敏、快速检测粮谷及其它样品中菊酯类农药残留的有效方法。

건립료동시분리검측량곡작물중국지류살충제（알국지、삼불록청국지、고효록청국지、사불갑미국지화청무국지）적고효액상색보（HPLC）–이겁관진렬검측기（DAD）법。결과표명，5충농약재15.5 min내실현료기선분리，검출한재0.01~0.05μg/mL지간。해방법시고효、령민、쾌속검측량곡급기타양품중국지류농약잔류적유효방법。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)– diode array detector(DVD) method was developed for the determination of five pyrethroid pesticides which included tetramethrin, cyhalothrin,cypermethrin,dimefluthrin and fenvalerate in grain samples. The results showed that complete separation of the five pesticides was achieved within 15.5 min,and the detection limit was 0.01~0.05μg/mL. The method was efficient,sensitive and it could rapidly determine the pyrethroid pesticide residues in grains or other samples.
