目的:研究双氢青蒿素( dihydroartemisinin, DHA)在体外对人乳腺癌细胞的抗癌作用。方法:体外培养人乳腺癌细胞株MDA?MB?231,经不同浓度 DHA处理后,应用透射电镜观察癌细胞的超微形态学变化。结果:不同浓度DHA处理后的癌细胞,随浓度的增加,呈现典型的细胞凋亡超微结构改变。结论:DHA能诱导乳腺癌MDA?MB-231细胞的凋亡,有望成为抗乳腺癌的辅助化疗药物。

목적:연구쌍경청호소( dihydroartemisinin, DHA)재체외대인유선암세포적항암작용。방법:체외배양인유선암세포주MDA?MB?231,경불동농도 DHA처리후,응용투사전경관찰암세포적초미형태학변화。결과:불동농도DHA처리후적암세포,수농도적증가,정현전형적세포조망초미결구개변。결론:DHA능유도유선암MDA?MB-231세포적조망,유망성위항유선암적보조화료약물。
Objective To study the anticancer effect of dihydroartemisinin ( DHA) on MDA?MB?231 human breast cells in vitro. Methods Cultured MDA?MB?231 cells are treated with DHA in vitro, TEM is applied to approach ultrastructural change of MDA?MB?231 cells. Results MDA?MB?231 cells treated with different concentration of DHA show different ultrastructural changes and apoptosis with the increase of the concentration of DHA. Conclusion DHA could induce apoptosis of MDA?MB?231 cells, it may be can used as an adjuvant chemotherapeutic drug for breast cancer.
