目的:观察容积敏感性氯通道在急性胰腺炎(AP)早期中的作用。方法选取40只大白鼠建立AP模型,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予容积敏感性氯通道抑制剂,对照组给予生理盐水安慰剂,对比分析两组大白鼠炎症因子变化情况。结果观察组血清淀粉酶、TNF-α、IL-6均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);观察组细胞凋亡指数明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);观察组水肿、炎症、出血及坏死等病理学评分明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论容积敏感性氯通道在胰腺腺泡细胞急性炎症早期起着重要的作用,可通过容积敏感性氯通道抑制剂改善胰腺腺泡细胞急性炎症反应。

목적:관찰용적민감성록통도재급성이선염(AP)조기중적작용。방법선취40지대백서건립AP모형,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,관찰조급여용적민감성록통도억제제,대조조급여생리염수안위제,대비분석량조대백서염증인자변화정황。결과관찰조혈청정분매、TNF-α、IL-6균명현저우대조조,차이유현저성(P<0.01);관찰조세포조망지수명현고우대조조,차이유현저성(P<0.01);관찰조수종、염증、출혈급배사등병이학평분명현저우대조조,차이유현저성(P<0.01)。결론용적민감성록통도재이선선포세포급성염증조기기착중요적작용,가통과용적민감성록통도억제제개선이선선포세포급성염증반응。
Objective To observe the volume sensitive chloride channels in early stage of acute pancreatitis. Methods 40 rats were used toestablish the model of acute pancreatitis,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was given the volume sensitive chloride channel inhibitor,the control group received saline placebo,comparative analysis of two groups on thechanges of inflammatory factor. Results Serum amylase,TNF-a,IL-6 in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);in observation group,the apoptosis index was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);observation group edema,inflammation,hemorrhage and necrosis and other pathological score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The volume sensitive chloride channels play an important role in the early stage of acute pancreatitis,can improve the acute inflammatory response of pancreatitis through volume sensitive chloride channel inhibitor.
