针对深井高应力软岩巷道围岩大变形、强流变性、强烈底鼓等非线性大变形围岩控制难题,以邢东矿-980m大巷为工程背景,现场调研-980m大巷围岩变形破坏特征,阐明了高地应力、强烈地质构造、高渗透压环境下深部巷道围岩变形机制机理,以库伦-莫尔应力圆分析了-980m大巷围岩开挖造成的高主应力差对围岩破坏作用。在上述研究的基础上,针对性地提出了“高性能锚网喷+高强锚索+可缩性环形支架+注浆加固”的联合支护技术,并进行工业性实践。工程实践表明,该技术可有效解决-980m大巷围岩控制难题,对类似巷道围岩控制具有借鉴意义。
針對深井高應力軟巖巷道圍巖大變形、彊流變性、彊烈底鼓等非線性大變形圍巖控製難題,以邢東礦-980m大巷為工程揹景,現場調研-980m大巷圍巖變形破壞特徵,闡明瞭高地應力、彊烈地質構造、高滲透壓環境下深部巷道圍巖變形機製機理,以庫倫-莫爾應力圓分析瞭-980m大巷圍巖開挖造成的高主應力差對圍巖破壞作用。在上述研究的基礎上,針對性地提齣瞭“高性能錨網噴+高彊錨索+可縮性環形支架+註漿加固”的聯閤支護技術,併進行工業性實踐。工程實踐錶明,該技術可有效解決-980m大巷圍巖控製難題,對類似巷道圍巖控製具有藉鑒意義。

In order to solve the difficult problem of controlling surrounding rock including large deformation, strong rheological proper-ty, strong floor heave in soft-rock roadway with high stress in deep mine, by surveying deformation and failure characteristic of main roadway at -980m level in Xingdong Colliery, its deformation mechanism under the environment of high geo-stress, strong tectonic and high seepage pressure was discussed. Applying Coulomb-Mohr stress circle, failure action of high principal stress difference on sur-rounding rock induced by excavation of main roadway was analyzed. On the basis of this, combined supporting projection of “anchored mesh injecting + high-strength anchored cable + grouting reinforcement” was put forward. Engineering practice showed that this tech-nology could effectively solve the supporting problem of -980m main roadway and had reference value for similar condition.
