以黄连子为原料,采用有机溶剂提取法提取黄连子中多酚类物质。首先,通过对比不同溶剂对黄连子多酚的提取效果确定了乙醇作为提取溶剂,在此基础上,采用单因素实验及响应面分析法优化提取工艺。结果表明,黄连子中多酚类物质提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度64.51%(V/V)、提取时间41.32 min、料液比1∶32.09(W/V)、提取温度46.1℃、提取次数2次。在此条件下,黄连子多酚的提取得率为(4.43±0.02)%。

The polyphenols of Pistacia chinensis seeds was extracted by conventional solvent. By comparing extract yield of different solvent to determine ethanol was the best one. On this basis, the extraction conditions of polyphenols from Pistacia chinensis seeds were optimized by single factor experiments and response surface methodology(RSM). The results showed that the optimum extract conditions as follows:ethanol concentration of 64.51%(V/V),extract time of 41.32 min, material–liquid ratio of 1∶32.09(W/V),extract temperature of 46.1℃and extract twice. Under these conditions,the polyphenols extract yield was(4.43±0.02)%.
