学生是学风建设的主体,学风与学习之力紧密相关,学习之力也可称为学习竞争力;学习竞争力可以归纳为8个方面,即动力、定力、勤力、毅力、心力、践行力、体力、影响力;学生是学习的主体,同时,学生的学习又需要引导;评价制度对学习的引导具有不可替代的作用;现行评价制度既有合理性,又有明显缺陷,需要改革、完善。

학생시학풍건설적주체,학풍여학습지력긴밀상관,학습지력야가칭위학습경쟁력;학습경쟁력가이귀납위8개방면,즉동력、정력、근력、의력、심력、천행력、체력、영향력;학생시학습적주체,동시,학생적학습우수요인도;평개제도대학습적인도구유불가체대적작용;현행평개제도기유합이성,우유명현결함,수요개혁、완선。
Students are the subjective in construction of learning atmosphere ,w hich is closely related to ability of learning (also called power of learning competitiveness ) .The power of learning competitiveness includes power of motivation ,permanence ,diligence ,perseverance , intelligence ,influence ,and physical power .The students are also the subjective of learning , whose learning needs guidance ,especially guidance of evaluation system .However ,the current evaluation system exists either rationality or defect ,w hich need reform and improvement .
