基于数字示波器和通用计算机,利用LabVIEW软件,开发了一套核分析信号能谱测量系统。为了验证系统的可靠性,应用该系统测量了241 Amα粒子的电荷积分能谱,并在相同条件下与多道采集卡的结果进行比较。实验结果表明:该系统与多道获得的241 Am电荷积分能谱图基本一致;当信噪比高于7:1时,系统能谱的非线性小于1%;当信号频率大于示波器采样率时,存在数据丢失但不影响能谱的特点。研究结果表明,在能谱信号频率不高的情况下,基于示波器的数据采集系统的能谱线性和稳定性很好,能满足测量要求。
基于數字示波器和通用計算機,利用LabVIEW軟件,開髮瞭一套覈分析信號能譜測量繫統。為瞭驗證繫統的可靠性,應用該繫統測量瞭241 Amα粒子的電荷積分能譜,併在相同條件下與多道採集卡的結果進行比較。實驗結果錶明:該繫統與多道穫得的241 Am電荷積分能譜圖基本一緻;噹信譟比高于7:1時,繫統能譜的非線性小于1%;噹信號頻率大于示波器採樣率時,存在數據丟失但不影響能譜的特點。研究結果錶明,在能譜信號頻率不高的情況下,基于示波器的數據採集繫統的能譜線性和穩定性很好,能滿足測量要求。

A nuclear energy spectrum data acquisition ( DAQ ) system based on oscilloscope and computer was developed under LabVIEW. In order to verify the reliability of the oscilloscope DAQ system, it was tested with alpha particles of 241 Am, and the results were compared with those meas-ured by multi-channel card in the same conditions. The results showed that the energy spectrum by oscilloscope DAQ system is consistent with those of by multi-channel card. Energy nonlinearity is less than 1% with the signal to noise ratio above 7:1 . Data loss when signal frequency was higher than the sampling rate of the oscilloscope. The results indicated that energy linear and stability of the oscilloscope DAQ system satisfy the measurement requirements in the condition of low frequency.
