急性肺损伤( ALI)是一种以非心源性肺水肿和进行性低氧血症为特征的肺部疾病,其发病机制复杂,病死率高。关于ALI病理生理过程调控机制的文献报道较多,近期研究表明,A2腺苷受体参与调控ALI的病理生理过程,激活的 A2腺苷受体对不同病因所致的 ALI的作用及机制不尽相同。

Acute lung injury( ALI) is a lung disease with high mortality rate and complex pathogenesis , characterized by noncardiogenic pulmonary edema and progressive hypoxia.There are a lot of reported litera-tures about regulating the pathophysiology of ALI,and recent evidence shows that A2 adenosine receptors in-volves in regulating the pathophysiological process of ALI.The effect and mechanism of activated A2 adeno-sine receptors on ALI caused by different etiologies are various.
