高新园区是科技创新的主要阵地，是发展高新技术产业、培育战略性新兴产业的核心载体。因此，进一步加快高新园区建设，打造高新园区升级版，对于促进浙江省经济结构调整和发展方式转变具有十分重要的战略意义。本文在分析总结浙江省高新园区现状基础上，深入剖析发展中的薄弱环节以及转型升级面临的主要障碍，并据此提出推动高新园区转型发展的对策建议。

The high-tech industrial park is the main position of science and technology innovation, the core carrier of devel?oping high-tech industry and cultivating strategic emerging industry. Therefore, to further accelerate the construction of high-tech industrial park, build upgrade version of high-tech industrial park, has a very important strategic significance to promote the transformation of economic structure adjustment and development mode of Zhejiang Province. This paper based on the analysis of situation basis of high-tech industrial park in Zhejiang Province, in-depth analysis of the main ob?stacles in the development of the weak link and the upgrading of transformation, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of transformation and accordingly of high-tech industrial park.
