目的：探讨肾脏混合性上皮间质肿瘤（MESTK ）的影像及病理特点。方法：结合文献，回顾性分析经手术病理证实的4例肾脏混合性上皮间质肿瘤（MESTK）患者的CT和 MRI资料。结果：4例患者的主要CT和 MRI表现：肾实质内囊实性肿块，边界清楚，可突入肾盂内，增强扫描呈轻度强化。病理检查：肿瘤均由上皮和间质成分共同构成，上皮细胞呈立方状、柱状和鞋钉样，可见明确的胃肠道上皮细胞分化；间质成分主要由梭形细胞构成，可见特征性的呈束状分布的平滑肌组织。结论：肾脏混合性上皮间质肿瘤的主要表现为肾实质内囊实性肿块，其影像表现无明显特征性，与其它肾脏良恶性肿瘤的鉴别比较困难。
목적：탐토신장혼합성상피간질종류（MESTK ）적영상급병리특점。방법：결합문헌，회고성분석경수술병리증실적4례신장혼합성상피간질종류（MESTK）환자적CT화 MRI자료。결과：4례환자적주요CT화 MRI표현：신실질내낭실성종괴，변계청초，가돌입신우내，증강소묘정경도강화。병리검사：종류균유상피화간질성분공동구성，상피세포정립방상、주상화혜정양，가견명학적위장도상피세포분화；간질성분주요유사형세포구성，가견특정성적정속상분포적평활기조직。결론：신장혼합성상피간질종류적주요표현위신실질내낭실성종괴，기영상표현무명현특정성，여기타신장량악성종류적감별비교곤난。
Objective:To explore the imaging and pathological characteristics of mixed epithelial and stromal tumor of kidney (MESTK).Methods:Combined with the literature review,CT and MRI findings of four patients with MESTK con-firmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The main imaging findings of the four cases on CT and MR images:a solid and cystic mass with clear boundary and slight post-contrast enhancement in renal parenchyma which might protrude into the renal pelvis.Pathological findings:the tumors were composed of epithelial and mesenchymal components,in which the epithelial cells were cuboidal,columnar or hobnail-shaped,the differentiated gastrointestinal epi-thelium cells could be clearly found,and the mesenchymal components were mainly consisted of spindle cells with the smooth muscle tissue arranging in bundles.Conclusion:MESTK is a solid and cystic benign tumor and its imaging character-istics are non-specific for differential diagnosis with other renal tumors.
