目的：比较不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者护理干预前后心理状态及血清可溶性Fas表达水平的变化，探讨护理干预对UAP患者的影响。方法161例UAP患者随机分为对照组和实验组，实验组80例，对照组81例，采用症状自评量表进行问卷调查，采用酶联免疫吸附法对血清sFas浓度进行测定。对照组和实验组患者问卷发放及血清标本采集在患者入院时和出院前各一次。实验组患者病情稳定后对UAP患者及其家属实施护理干预，对照组行常规护理。结果实验组护理干预后自评量表评分和sFas表达水平均明显低于对照组，（p<0.05）。结论护理干预能够改善UAP患者心理状态，从而减轻应激反应，有效降低UAP患者血清可溶性Fas水平，保持患者情绪稳定，提高生存质量。
목적：비교불은정형심교통（UAP）환자호리간예전후심리상태급혈청가용성Fas표체수평적변화，탐토호리간예대UAP환자적영향。방법161례UAP환자수궤분위대조조화실험조，실험조80례，대조조81례，채용증상자평량표진행문권조사，채용매련면역흡부법대혈청sFas농도진행측정。대조조화실험조환자문권발방급혈청표본채집재환자입원시화출원전각일차。실험조환자병정은정후대UAP환자급기가속실시호리간예，대조조행상규호리。결과실험조호리간예후자평량표평분화sFas표체수평균명현저우대조조，（p<0.05）。결론호리간예능구개선UAP환자심리상태，종이감경응격반응，유효강저UAP환자혈청가용성Fas수평，보지환자정서은정，제고생존질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with UAP, we evaluate the role of compre-hensive nursing intervention on the expression of serum soluble Fas. Methods:This study included 161 unstable angina patients (The experimental group of 80 cases, 81 cases in the control group).The psychological status was measured by Symptom Checklist 90.The level of sFas was examined by ELISA. The statistical analysis was used to examined the relationship of psychological symptoms, serum soluble Fas and comprehensive nursing intervention. Result: The experimental group after intervention of self rating scale and sFas expression levels was significantly lower than those in the control group. The statistical significance was determined at P<0.05. Con-clusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve psychological symptoms of ACS patients, alleviate stress re-action obviously reduce the level of serum soluble Fas promote disease rehabilitation and elevate quality of life thus, the incidence rate of cardiovascular disease villbc cut down.
