通过对近水平大采高综采工作面支架失稳过程的分析,获知煤壁片帮漏顶是支架失稳的重要原因,在此基础上对倒架段支架不同阶段的矿压显现特征和原因进行研究,结果表明初撑力决定了支架工作阻力的运行状况,过低初撑力将导致液压支架高工作阻力无法发挥,提高初撑力是防止支架失稳的关键。

By analyzing the instability process of large-mining-height powered support, it was obtained that coal-wall slide and fall was main cause of supports instability. On the basis of this, underground pressure behavior of instable powered supports in different phrases was analyzed. Results showed that operation state of powered support was decided by setting load and lower setting load would restrict high working resistance, therefore, improving setting load was the key to preventing powered support instability.
