[目的]探讨集束化护理在痔疮手术病人健康教育中的应用效果。[方法]将2013年7月—2013年12月收治的痔疮手术病人100例作为对照组，按传统健康教育方式进行宣教。将2014年1月—2014年6月收治的痔疮手术病人100例作为观察组，采用集束化护理对病人进行健康教育。比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。[结果]观察组病人健康教育知晓率、对护理工作满意度优于对照组(P <0.05)，住院时间、首次排尿时间及静脉输液时间少于对照组(P <0.05)；观察组病人术后出血、便秘、尿潴留、尿路感染、疼痛并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。[结论]应用集束化护理策略对痔疮手术病人实施健康教育，可规范护士健康教育行为，提高健康教育的效果，改善病人健康状况，提高护理服务满意度。

Objective:To probe into the application effect of cluster nursing in health education of hemorrhoids patients undergoing operation.Methods:A total of 100 hemorrhoids patients undergoing operation who were treated in our department from July in 2013 to December in 2013 were selected as control group,they received the propaganda and education according to the traditional health education mode.Another 100 hemorrhoids pa-tients undergoing operation who were treated in our department from January in 2014 to June in 2014 were se-lected as observation group,and they received the health education by the cluster nursing.Then the treatment results and occurrence of complications were compared between both groups.Results:The patients’health edu-cation awareness rate and satisfaction of nursing in observation group were better than that of control group. The patients’length of stay,the first micturition time and intravenous infusion time of observation group were less than that of control group (P <0.05);the incidence of postoperative bleeding,constipation,urinary reten-tion,urinary tract infection and pain in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing strategy in health education of hemorrhoids patients undergoing operation can standard the nurses’health education behaviors,improve the effect of health education,improve the patients’health status and improve patients’nursing service satisfaction.
