目的：对综合护理干预应用于颈型颈椎病患者临床疗效的影响进行研究。方法收集我科室的颈型颈椎病病人共60例进行研究，并把他们随机平均分为实验组和对照组。实验组病人给予全面高效的综合护理干预措施，对照组则给予通常的护理措施。结果实验组病人的总有效率大大优于对照组(P<0.01)，并且其复发率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，有明显差别，具有统计学上的意义。结论对于颈椎病病人采取全面高效的综合护理干预措施能够显著提高临床治疗效果，改善颈型颈椎病病人的症状，降低其复发率，提高其生活质量水平，值得在临床上大为推广。
목적：대종합호리간예응용우경형경추병환자림상료효적영향진행연구。방법수집아과실적경형경추병병인공60례진행연구，병파타문수궤평균분위실험조화대조조。실험조병인급여전면고효적종합호리간예조시，대조조칙급여통상적호리조시。결과실험조병인적총유효솔대대우우대조조(P<0.01)，병차기복발솔야명현저우대조조(P<0.05)，유명현차별，구유통계학상적의의。결론대우경추병병인채취전면고효적종합호리간예조시능구현저제고림상치료효과，개선경형경추병병인적증상，강저기복발솔，제고기생활질량수평，치득재림상상대위추엄。
Objective: To study the inlfuence on the application of comprehensive nursing intervention on the neck type of cervical spondylosis patients clinical curative effect.Methods: the neck type of cervical spondylosis patients in our department were collected a total of 60 cases were studied, and they were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention in a comprehensive and efficient measures, control group were given nursing measures usually. Results: the experimental group of patients the total efifciency is greatly superior to the control group (P<0.01), and the recurrence rate is signiifcantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), there was signiifcant difference statistically signiifcant.Conclusion: for the patients with cervical spondylosis and adopt comprehensive nursing intervention measures to fully efifcient can signiifcantly improve the clinical treatment effect, improve the patient of cervical spondylosis symptoms, reduce the relapse rate, improve the quality of life level, worth in clinical promotion for.
