[目的]探讨银翘散加减联合更昔洛韦在手足口病患儿中的治疗效果及护理。[方法]将我院2013年5月—2014年2月收治的100例手足口病的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采用更昔洛韦治疗，观察组采用银翘散加减联合更昔洛韦治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状的消失时间、住院时间以及不良反应发生情况。[结果]观察组总有效率为96.0%，对照组总有效率为80.0%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组病人口腔溃疡愈合时间、咽痛流涎消退时间、皮疹消失时间、退热时间、神经精神症状消失时间以及住院时间均少于对照组(P <0.05)。[结论]银翘散加减联合更昔洛韦治疗手足口病的疗效优于单纯更昔洛韦治疗，治疗期间有效护理可减少药物的不良反应及相关并发症的发生。
[目的]探討銀翹散加減聯閤更昔洛韋在手足口病患兒中的治療效果及護理。[方法]將我院2013年5月—2014年2月收治的100例手足口病的患兒隨機分為觀察組和對照組各50例，對照組採用更昔洛韋治療，觀察組採用銀翹散加減聯閤更昔洛韋治療，比較兩組的臨床療效、臨床癥狀的消失時間、住院時間以及不良反應髮生情況。[結果]觀察組總有效率為96.0%，對照組總有效率為80.0%，兩組總有效率比較差異有統計學意義(P <0.05)。觀察組病人口腔潰瘍愈閤時間、嚥痛流涎消退時間、皮疹消失時間、退熱時間、神經精神癥狀消失時間以及住院時間均少于對照組(P <0.05)。[結論]銀翹散加減聯閤更昔洛韋治療手足口病的療效優于單純更昔洛韋治療，治療期間有效護理可減少藥物的不良反應及相關併髮癥的髮生。
[목적]탐토은교산가감연합경석락위재수족구병환인중적치료효과급호리。[방법]장아원2013년5월—2014년2월수치적100례수족구병적환인수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례，대조조채용경석락위치료，관찰조채용은교산가감연합경석락위치료，비교량조적림상료효、림상증상적소실시간、주원시간이급불량반응발생정황。[결과]관찰조총유효솔위96.0%，대조조총유효솔위80.0%，량조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。관찰조병인구강궤양유합시간、인통류연소퇴시간、피진소실시간、퇴열시간、신경정신증상소실시간이급주원시간균소우대조조(P <0.05)。[결론]은교산가감연합경석락위치료수족구병적료효우우단순경석락위치료，치료기간유효호리가감소약물적불량반응급상관병발증적발생。
Objective:To probe into the curative effect and nursing of Yinqiao powder addition and subtraction combined with ganciclovir for treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods:A total of 100 children with hand foot and mouth disease who were treated in our hospital from May in 2013 to February in 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each.The cases in control group were given ganciclovir treatment,while the cases in observation group received treatment with Yinqiao powder addition and subtraction combined with ganciclovir.The clinical curative effect,disappeared time of clin-ical symptoms,hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between both groups. Results:The total effective rate in observation group was 96.0%,80.0% in control group,and there was statisti-cally significant difference in total effective rate between both groups (P <0.05).The oral cavity ulcer healing time,pharyngalgia sialorrhea regression time,rash disappeared time,cooling time,neuropsychiatric symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time of patients in observation group were less than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Yinqiao powder addition and subtraction combined with ganciclov-ir is better for the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.The effective nursing during the treatment plays an important role in reducing adverse drug reactions and the related complications.
