    以灵宝某宿舍楼场区为例，针对该建筑物发生裂缝、沉降、错断的现象，对该场区工程地质条件进行了分析，并从地质构造导致的地裂缝及湿陷性黄土产生的沉降等方面入手，阐明了建筑物产生沉降的原因，以供参考。

    Taking some dormitory building at Lingbao as the example,the paper analyzes some engineering geological conditions of the place from the ground cracks caused by geological structures and settlement by collapsible loess,and illustrates the reasons for the settlement of the build-ings,so as to provide some reference.
