采用粉末冶金方法在无压氢气气氛下烧结制备 W-ZrB2合金,对其烧结致密化行为、显微组织及 ZrB2的物相变化进行研究。结果表明:W-ZrB2合金具有较高的烧结活性,在1680℃烧结后相对密度达到97.5%;添加的ZrB2粒子在烧结过程中容易吸附氧形成含Zr、B、O等元素的复合物粒子,主要以球状二次相粒子形式分布于烧结合金的晶内和晶界处,有效的抑制烧结过程中晶粒的长大,合金烧结后晶粒尺寸仅为10μm左右。

W-ZrB2 alloy was fabricated by powder metallurgy method with pressure-less sintering under hydrogen atmosphere, the sintering densification behavior, microstructure and phase transition of ZrB2 were studied. The results show that the W-ZrB2 alloy has high sintering activity, and the relative density of W-ZrB2 alloy reaches to 97.5%after being sintered at 1680℃. The additions of ZrB2 particles are easy to be oxidized to form complex particles which contain elements, such as, Zr, B, O, during sintering. These particles disperse uniformly on the transgranular and grain boundaries of the sintered alloy in the form of spherical second phase which can inhabit the grain growth effectively, and the average grain size of W-ZrB2 alloy is only 10μm.
