According to horizontal and vertical chord length calculation principles of CPⅢ network,the paper calculates the limit value of hori-zontal and vertical chord length of CPⅢnetwork. Through actual test,it points out that applying horizontal and vertical chord length relationship of neighborhood point for CPⅢ network repetition measurement is feasible,which will be some help for improving high-speed railway repetition measurement efficiency at operation maintenance phase.
