辅助性T（ Th细胞）1、Th2细胞可以分泌多种细胞因子，其中 Th1细胞分泌的细胞因子主要增强细胞免疫过程，有利于乙型肝炎病毒（ HBV ）的清除；Th2细胞分泌的细胞因子主要增强体液免疫过程，与HBV持续感染状态有关。机体正常时，Th1和Th2细胞功能处于动态平衡状态，维持机体正常的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。因此，加强对Th1、Th2细胞分泌的细胞因子的了解，对 HBV感染的防治具有重要意义。
