铸造工艺与工装设计是材料成型及控制工程专业铸造方向主要的专业课，对培养学生的铸造工程能力至关重要。根据春季招生生源的特点，指出了目前在铸造工艺与工装设计课程中存在的问题，包括教学体系陈旧、师资匮乏、配套实验项目单薄、课程设计不足、考核方式不合理和质量监控不足。通过分析问题，提出了新的教学模式，即课题驱动案例式教学模式。该模式可以激发学生的学习兴趣，极大提高学习效率，同时对目前师资的培养方法、配套课程设计和课程质量的监控提出了建议。

According to the characteristics of the spring enrollment students, the problems existing in the course of Foundry Process&Tools Design are pointed out in this paper, including the out-of date teaching system, the lack of teachers, the deficiency of experiments and course practice, unreasonableness of evaluation and the inadequacy of quality control. Based on the analysis, the new teaching method is put forward, the subject-oriented mode. The mode can stimulate students’ interest and greatly improve the efficiency during teaching. At the same time, the current teacher training methods, experiment and course practice quality monitoring are also proposed.
