江汉油田单井集输主要有不加热单管集输、井口加热单管集输、双管掺输、三管伴热集输4种模式。三管伴热、双管掺输掺热水很大程度增加了接转站的能耗,针对这一问题,以王广集输系统为研究对象,开展油井常温集输工艺的研究。江汉油区老油田改造和新油田建设可以根据实际情况,将三管伴热集输工艺改为单管常温集输工艺,可大大降低建设投资,节约集输系统能耗,降低管网维护费用。采用常温集输工艺,新区块掺水单井可建掺清水管线,老区块可利用原伴热管线进行产清水,将原本掺伴热水流程改为单井掺凉水加药、解盐工艺,既满足了生产需求,又节约了系统能耗。

Single well gathering and transferring process in Jianghan Oilfield has four ways including one tube without heating ,one tube with wellhead heating ,double-barreled blending and three tubes with heating ,the last two of which increase energy consumption of block station to a large extent .Therefore ,this paper studies normal -temper‐ature well gathering and transferring process with the example of Wangguang transferring system .In the course of maturing oilfield transformation and new oilfield development ,the displacement of three tubes heating process with normal-temperature one tube heating process can reduce development investment ,energy consumption of transfer‐ring system and maintenance cost of pipeline .
