进一步提高医院医疗保险管理水平，保障参保患者的切身利益，为广大参保人员提供便捷、周到的服务，是当前医院医保管理工作的重点。分析了当前医院在医疗保险管理中的问题，提出了具体的对策。提出通过不断健全医院医保管理体系、完善各项管理制度、制定合理的奖惩措施、强化医保政策宣传和培训、建立过程监管机制、加强与上级医保管理部门沟通与交流等对策，不断解决医院医疗保险管理工作中的问题，让医院医疗保险迈向规范化、精细化管理。

To further improve the level of hospital medical insurance management and protect the vital interests of patients,providing convenient and considerate service for the insured should be the priority of the current hospital medical insurance management work.This article analyzed the problems in current hospital medical insurance man-agement and put forward specific countermeasures.The management system for medical insurance and relating reg-ulations should be optimized and resonable award and punishment policies should be made.Propaganda and trainings about medical insurance policy need to be strengthened.Mechanism of process monitor should be established and there should be more interation and communication with higher authorities.By solving problems,more standard and finer management of medical insurance in hospital can then be achieved.
