从图论的角度提出一种局部电网停电后失电网络的网架重构方案。根据赋权失电网络的节点凝聚程度计算节点重要度,利用最小生成树法对失电区域的重要枢纽节点、重要负荷节点以及重要发电厂节点进行关键路径的找寻,并通过潮流计算优化其路径的潮流平衡性,得出在网架重构阶段中需要优先恢复的最短路径。以IEEE 30节点系统为算例进行验证,结果表明所提方案简单、有效。

From angle of graph theory,a kind of network reconfiguration scheme for power-lossing network after power-cut of partial power grid was proposed. Node importance was calculated according to cohesion degree of the node of weighted power-lossing network and seeking for the key paths of important hub node,important load node and important power plant node in the power-lossing region was carried out by using minimum spanning tree method. By means of flow calculation,the flow balance of the paths was optimized and the shortest path for optimal recovery in the stage of network reconfiguration was obtained. IEEE 30 node system was used for verification. The result indicate that the proposed scheme is simple and ef-fective.
