传统的电力系统安全稳定控制系统站间通信方案已不能适应区域保护与控制系统的要求,基于此,根据电力系统通信网络的发展现状和区域保护控制系统的架构和通信需求,借鉴智能变电站过程层面向通用对象的变电站事件(generic object oriented substation event,GOOSE)通信报文机制,提出在广域网实现基于 GOOSE的站间组播通信。依据 GOOSE 报文的特性,分析站间通信的组网方案、带宽控制和系统配置方案等,以广州荔城区域保护与保护控制系统为典型案例进行验证,结果表明基于 GOOSE 的站间组播通信方案稳定可靠、传输数据量大、重用性和互操作性好,符合当前技术发展趋势,满足区域保护控制系统站间信息交互的需求。

Traditional inter-station communication scheme for safe and stable control system of the power system could not a-dapt to requirement of regional protection and control system. Therefore,according to development status quo of communi-cation network of the power system and framework and communication requirement of the regional protection and control system,taking example by communication message mechanism of generic object oriented substation event (GOOSE)for process layer of intelligent substation,a kind of inter-station multicast communication based on GOOSE was proposed to re-alize in wide area network. Based on characteristic of GOOSE message,networking scheme,bandwidth control and system configuration,and so on was analyzed. Regional protection and control system of Liwan area in Guangzhou was taken as typical case for verification. The result indicates that the inter-station multicast communication scheme based on GOOSE is stable and reliable with great number of transmission data and provided with good reusability and interoperability. It is proved the scheme is in accordance with development trend of present technology which could satisfy demands for inter-sta-tion information interaction of the regional protection and control system.
