为了探索磷酸铁锂电池取代铅酸蓄电池作为变电站用直流电源的工作特性,通过浮充电测试,对铅酸电池和磷酸铁锂电池在不同浮充电压下的浮充电流特性、搁置特性、模拟工况放电特性等方面进行比对分析,发现磷酸铁锂电池具有远远超过铅酸蓄电池的大电流放电能力;磷酸铁锂电池具有不同于铅酸蓄电池的浮充特性,建议其浮充电压应选择在3.50 V 左右。对磷酸铁锂电池组进行长时间浮充试验发现,在室温下3.6 V 电压浮充运行一年后,其容量保持率高达96.06%。
為瞭探索燐痠鐵鋰電池取代鉛痠蓄電池作為變電站用直流電源的工作特性,通過浮充電測試,對鉛痠電池和燐痠鐵鋰電池在不同浮充電壓下的浮充電流特性、擱置特性、模擬工況放電特性等方麵進行比對分析,髮現燐痠鐵鋰電池具有遠遠超過鉛痠蓄電池的大電流放電能力;燐痠鐵鋰電池具有不同于鉛痠蓄電池的浮充特性,建議其浮充電壓應選擇在3.50 V 左右。對燐痠鐵鋰電池組進行長時間浮充試驗髮現,在室溫下3.6 V 電壓浮充運行一年後,其容量保持率高達96.06%。

In order to probe working characteristic of lithium iron phosphate battery replacing lead-acid battery as direct cur-rent(DC)power source of substation,this paper compares and analyzes floating charge current characteristic,shelf charac-teristic and simulating working condition of lead-acid battery and lithium iron phosphate battery under different floating charge voltage. It was discovered that the lithium iron phosphate battery was provided with more heavy current discharge ca-pability outdistancing the lead-acid battery and different floating charge characteristic. It was suggested to select about 3.50 V floating charge voltage for the lithium iron phosphate battery. It was discovered by long-time floating charge test on lithi-um iron phosphate battery pack that after running one year at room temperature with 3.6 V floating charge voltage ,reten-tion rate of capacity of the lithium iron phosphate battery pack reached up to 96.06%. This conclusion was of importance to master floating charge characteristic of the lithium iron phosphate battery and promote its application in DC system of the substation.
