工学结合只有落实到课程中才能实现预期目的。为此,需要针对合作企业的生产实际,对课程进行重新设计,使课程内容及其编排符合认知规律和职业成长规律。工学结合课程开发的难点是如何能在不影响合作企业生产的前提下,保证课程目标的实现。湖北职业技术学院“数控铣削编程与加工”课程采用“三段嵌套式”课程教学模式和过程性课程评价方法,促进了学生职业能力的提升。

Only by implementing work-integrated learning in curriculum can the expected objectives be a-chieved.Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the curriculum according to the actual situation of the cooperative enterprise in order to make course content and its arrangement conform to the cognitive rules and occupation growth law.The difficulty of developing work-integrated learning curriculum is how to ensure curriculum objectives with-out affecting production of the cooperative enterprise."Programming and processing of NC milling"course uses"Three Progressive Nested Sections"teaching model and procedural course evaluation method, which promote pro-fessional competence of students.
