在资源浪费、环境污染、生态破坏已经成为当前束缚我国经济发展的主要因素的前提下，大力发展循环经济是我国科学发展的必然要求。在我国循环经济发展过程中，怎样科学有效地对其综合效率进行评价，成为循环经济发展过程中的首要问题。针对这一现实问题，引入了DEA模型，以四川省部分主要城市为研究对象，进行了循环经济综合效率评价，并根据综合效率评价的结果，有针对性地提出了各区域的重点发展方向和发展对策，对四川省乃至全国循环经济的健康有序发展都有着非常重要的现实意义。

In the current waste of resources, environmental pollution and ecological destruction has become the main restriction factor of China's economic development, vigorously develop circular economy is the inevitable requirement of scientific development in China. However, in the process of developing circular economy in China, and how to effectively evaluate the overall efficiency, has became a priority in the development of circular economy. In response to this problem, the paper introduced the DEA model with some major cities in Sichuan province as object of study for evaluation of comprehensive efficiency of circular economy and according to the results of comprehensive efficiency evaluation, pointedly made the focus of the regional development direction and countermeasure on the healthy and orderly development of circular economy in Sichuan province and the country has a very important significance.
