江汉油田工会按照湖北省总工会“关于全面推进职工服务中心建设”的部署和要求，结合油田实际，坚持以职工为本，建立了开放型服务机制；延伸工作手臂，开展了主动型普惠服务；找准职工需求，创新了特色型贴心服务，探索建成了3个职工服务中心和4个职工服务站，充分调动了广大职工共建美丽幸福油田的积极性和主动性。

According to Hubei General Union's demand for comprehensively promoting construction of staff service center ,Jianghan Oilfield has established human -oriented open service mechanism ,launched active inclusive service and created special intimate service .T here are now three staff service centers and four staff service stations .All this has aroused the staff's enthusiasm and initiative to construct a beautiful and happy oilfield .
