Objective To study the effect of TPD irradition combined with magnesium sulfate wet compression for epi-siotomy incision edema and pain in lying-in women. Methods 120 lying-in women with episiotomy in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 60 cases.50% magnesium sulfate wet compression was used in control group,TPD irradiation was applied in experimental group on the basis of control group. After treatment of 3 days, effect, degree of pain and plasma CRP level between two groups were compared. Results The effect in experimental group was better than that in control group (P<0.05).The pain improved condition in experi-mental group was better than that in control group (P<0.01).The plasma CRP level between two groups was compared, with no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion TPD irradition combined with magnesium sulfate wet compression in the treatment of episiotomy incision can effectively reduce the incision edema and pain in lying-in women.
