目的：对比分析5种常用节育措施的避孕效果和不良反应，为节育避孕提供有效的临床分析依据。方法选取2010年1月~2012年12月本院妇产科育龄妇女250例，将其分为口服紧急避孕药组、口服短效避孕药组、宫内节育器组、避孕套(女用)组、安全期避孕组，每组50例，对5组进行临床观察与问卷调查，分析节育措施后的避孕失败率。结果安全期组避孕失败率最高(20.0%)，避孕套(女用)组避孕失败率最低(4.0%)，5组避孕失败率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全期避孕组不良反应发生率最低，与其他四组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全期避孕不良反应较低，避孕套(女用)避孕有效率最高，采用避孕套(女用)避孕效果最为有效、不良反应少，值得推广应用。
목적：대비분석5충상용절육조시적피잉효과화불량반응，위절육피잉제공유효적림상분석의거。방법선취2010년1월~2012년12월본원부산과육령부녀250례，장기분위구복긴급피잉약조、구복단효피잉약조、궁내절육기조、피잉투(녀용)조、안전기피잉조，매조50례，대5조진행림상관찰여문권조사，분석절육조시후적피잉실패솔。결과안전기조피잉실패솔최고(20.0%)，피잉투(녀용)조피잉실패솔최저(4.0%)，5조피잉실패솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。안전기피잉조불량반응발생솔최저，여기타사조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론안전기피잉불량반응교저，피잉투(녀용)피잉유효솔최고，채용피잉투(녀용)피잉효과최위유효、불량반응소，치득추엄응용。
Objective To compare and analyze the contraceptive effect and untoward effect of five commonly used birth control measures in order to provide an effective clinical analysis basis for birth control. Methods 250 obstetrics wom-en of childbearing age in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected and divided into oral emer-gency contraceptive group,oral short-acting contraceptives group,IUD group,condoms (female) group,safe period contra-ception group,50 cases in each group.Clinical observation and questionnaire survey were conducted in women of 5 groups,contraceptive failure rate after birth control was analyzed. Results The highest contraceptive failure rate was the safe period contraception group(20.0%),the lowest contraceptive failure rate was the use condom group(4.0%),contracep-tive failure rate among five groups was compared,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Safe period contraceptive group had the lowest untoward effective rate than the other four groups,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The unto-ward effective rate of safe period contraception group is lower,but condoms (female)contraception have maximum effi-ciency.In summary,the use of condoms (female) is the most effective contraceptive measure and has fewer side effect,is worthy of promotion and application.
