八面河油区井下作业工程运输及特车费定额收入与财务成本差异大，通过对措施作业中运输及特种车辆的机械台数、台时、台时价格逐层分析，发现措施作业中罐车、水泥车消耗量定额的差异是造成运输及特车费差异的主要因素；定额机械台时价格是造成运输及特车费差异的次要因素；车辆计划与生产组织衔接问题、工农关系、车辆故障等非正常因素对运输及特车费差异有一定影响。因此，消耗量定额应随科学技术进步、工艺水平的提高做出相应的合理的编制及调整。

There is a big difference between the cost of downhole engineering transportation and special truck and that of finance in Bamianhe Oilfield .It is found that such a difference is caused majorly by the difference of consumption quota of tanker and cementing truck in measure operation and also by machine -hour price quota and other factors through analyzing the numbers of operation transportation and special trucks ,machine hour and its price .Therefore , consumption quota should be rationally worked out and adjusted in accordance with technological progress .
