针对目前高职医疗美容技术专业课程教学中存在的一些问题，湖北职业技术学院医疗美容技术专业探索实践了工程化教学模式。该模式以实践为中心，将课堂教学组织为四个关联递进的部分，逐步培养学生的实践能力，并在实践教学中进行探索性和创新性的拓展指导，以提升学生适应行业及环境变化的能力，取得了较好的教学效果。
