通过对国内外隧道衬砌、隧底检测技术和装备进行对比分析,结合我国铁路隧道衬砌状态检测需求,对车载地质雷达系统的主要技术指标和关键技术问题进行了探讨,提出了隧道状态快速检测车的技术方案,研制了铁路隧道衬砌状态检查车。该车可同时对衬砌5条测线、隧底3条测线进行检测,实现了全隧道的无损检测,最高检测速度可达10 km/h,并在新建和既有铁路上得到成功运用,显著提高了铁路隧道无损检测的效率,减轻了劳动强度。

T hrough analysis comparison of detection technology and equipments for tunnel lining and bottom at home and abroad. By combing with the need of railway tunnel lining state detection in China,the main technical indexes and key technology problems of geological radar system on the vehicle were discussed,technical solution of fast inspection car for tunnel state w as presented,and inspection car for the railw ay tunnel lining state w as developed, which could detect 5 lines of tunnel lining and 3 lines of tunnel bottom at the same time and achieve the nondestructive testing of whole tunnel. T he inspection car can reach a maximum detection speed of 10 km/h and has been used in some new and existing railways successfully,which could greatly improve the speed and efficiency of railway tunnel nondestructive detection and reduce the labor intensity.
