在桥梁深水基础钢套箱施工过程中,钢套箱下沉施工是关键环节。针对不同的工程特点和水文、地质条件,需灵活应用多种设备和施工方法。结合厦深客运专线韩江双线特大桥双壁圆形钢套箱下沉施工实例(以345#墩为例),简要介绍利用铁路舟桥水上高架浮吊等设备快速拼装钢套箱的施工方法,重点阐述利用渣浆泵吸泥和10 t高架浮吊配合0.8 m3液压抓斗和1.5 m3六瓣莲花抓斗抓泥下沉钢套箱的施工方法,以及采取安装管桩导向装置和焊接反牛腿等控制下沉偏位和标高的质量控制技术。围堰施工实际偏位为15~20 cm,标高控制在-20 cm以内,符合承台施工要求。

Steel cofferdam sinking is the key during the deep w ater foundation construction of bridge engineering. Numerous instruments and different construction methods are used according to the specific engineering and its hydrogeological conditions. In this paper,a case study on the construction of Hanjiang Double-line Bridge in Xiameng-Shenzhen passenger transport line was introduced. Take the construction of 345# pier as an example. The overhead crane barge was applied to assemble the steel cofferdam rapidly. Slurry pump,10 t overhead crane barge, 0. 8 m 3 hydraulic grab and 1. 5 m 3 lotus-shaped grab w ere used. Pipe pile guide w as installed and bracket w as w elded to control sinking deviation and elevation. During the steel cofferdam construction,the actual deviation was 15 to 20 cm,and the elevation was within -20 cm,both of which meet the requirement of bearing platform construction.
