目的:探讨虾青素( ATX)在小鼠肾脏缺血再灌注( IR)损伤方面的保护作用。方法:将雄性ICR小鼠随机分为4组:假手术组1(Sham)、假手术组2(Sham+ATX)、手术组1(IR)、手术组2(IR+ATX)。用灌胃法分别管饲等量ATX(5 mg? kg -1? d-1)和橄榄油2周,左肾蒂夹闭50 min诱导IR损伤。收集24 h后血清标本及肾脏组织。比较各组间血尿素氮( BUN)、血肌酐( Cr),肾组织超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、脂质过氧化产物丙二醇( MDA)含量及肾脏的组织病理学评分。结果:IR+ATX组血清BUN、Cr较IR组显著下降( P<0.05),SOD较IR组明显升高(P<0.05),MDA较IR组明显降低(P<0.05);肾脏组织病理学评分IR+ATX组较IR组显著降低( P<0.05)。结论:ATX对肾功能及肾脏组织具有保护作用。

목적:탐토하청소( ATX)재소서신장결혈재관주( IR)손상방면적보호작용。방법:장웅성ICR소서수궤분위4조:가수술조1(Sham)、가수술조2(Sham+ATX)、수술조1(IR)、수술조2(IR+ATX)。용관위법분별관사등량ATX(5 mg? kg -1? d-1)화감람유2주,좌신체협폐50 min유도IR손상。수집24 h후혈청표본급신장조직。비교각조간혈뇨소담( BUN)、혈기항( Cr),신조직초양화물기화매( SOD)、지질과양화산물병이순( MDA)함량급신장적조직병이학평분。결과:IR+ATX조혈청BUN、Cr교IR조현저하강( P<0.05),SOD교IR조명현승고(P<0.05),MDA교IR조명현강저(P<0.05);신장조직병이학평분IR+ATX조교IR조현저강저( P<0.05)。결론:ATX대신공능급신장조직구유보호작용。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of astaxanthin(ATX) on ischemia-reperfusion(IR) injury in mice.Methods:The male ICR mice were divided into 4 groups:sham group fed olive oil ( Sham) , sham group fed astaxanthin (Sham +ATX), surgery group fed olive oil (IR), surgery group fed astaxanthin (IR +ATX) .By gavage tube the same amount of astaxanthin ( 5 mg? kg? d-1 ) and olive oil were fed two weeks, the left renal pedicle occlusion 50 min induced renal injury caused by ischemia and reperfusion.Serum samples and kidney tissue were collected after 24 h.Blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) , creatinine ( Cr ) , superoxide dismutase ( SOD) , lipid peroxidation products of propylene glycol ( MDA) and kidney histopathology score were compared among the groups.Results:Serum BUN, Cr in IR+ATX group were decreased significantly ( P<0.05) compared with the IR group.SOD in IR+ATX group was significantly higher than IR group( P<0.05) , MDA in IR+ATX group was decreased significantly than IR group( P<0.05 ) .Kidney histopathology rating in IR+ATX group was decreased significantly than IR group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion: The astaxanthin is effective in preserving renal function and histology via anti-oxidant activity.
