近年，全国各地不断探索建设区域医疗联合体，推进层级医疗模式。以“首都医科大学宣武医院医联体”为例，充分利用核心医院优质医疗资源，与合作医院建立人才培养机制，开展技术交流，加强合作医院的学科建设，逐步提高其医疗技术水平。推进社区转诊、预约就诊和双向转诊模式。核心医院医务人员定期到合作医院开展临床工作，进行健康教育和科普宣传，直接服务于区域居民，提高居民健康水平。实践证明，核心医院在区域医疗联合体中起到了积极的推动作用。

In recent years, the regional medical groups are increasing and referral medical service mode is promoted. Taking Xuanwu Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University medical group as an example, full utilization superior resources of core hospital to establish human resources training mechanism, carry out technical communication and discipline building with other hospitals in medical group to improve their capacities. Appointment service, community referral and dual referral mode can be promoted based on the capacity improvement of basic medical institutes. Medical staff in core hospital regularly carries out clinical service, develops health education and directly serves the residents. It shows that the core hospital has made positive role on building regional medical group.
