警察文化在队伍建设中发挥了重要的引擎作用，以人民警察体育活动为载体并作为一种文化现象，研究体育和警察文化建设在文化主线上的融合与作用；从体育活动中寻觅警察文化的建设因子、强调体育活动能够充分激发警察文化建设活力，是警察文化传承和传播的重要手段，以行为文化、管理文化、精神文化方面的融合促进警察文化建设与发展。
경찰문화재대오건설중발휘료중요적인경작용，이인민경찰체육활동위재체병작위일충문화현상，연구체육화경찰문화건설재문화주선상적융합여작용；종체육활동중심멱경찰문화적건설인자、강조체육활동능구충분격발경찰문화건설활력，시경찰문화전승화전파적중요수단，이행위문화、관리문화、정신문화방면적융합촉진경찰문화건설여발전。
Police culture plays the important role as the engine in the police force construction. Taking the police sports activities as the carrier and a cultural phenomenon, this paper discusses the fusion and function of police culture construction in cultural mainline, trying to seek the factors for police culture construction factor so as to stimulate police culture construction vitality. This paper argues that physical training ought to be an important means to transmit and spread police culture, and promote police culture construction in terms of its fusion of behavior culture, management culture, and spiritual culture.
