自从传播学引入我国以来，美国传统经验主义传播理论一直占据我国传播版图的主流地位，而对欧陆传播批判理论的关注则相对较少，英国文化研究学派作为欧陆传播批判理论继法兰克学派之后的重要理论流派之一，其传播学思想独具特色。通过考察该学派的三个集大成者霍尔、莫利以及费斯克的大众传播学理论创见，在宏观的视角上审思该学派在传播场域做出的重要理论贡献，并以此来窥见英国文化研究学派传播学思想的图像。
