针对目前装备应急采购关键原材料和零部件储备制度不健全、储备结构不合理、储备方式不灵活、管理手段不先进等问题，对装备应急采购的特点和加强装备应急采购物资储备的意义进行了研究，从完善制度、突出重点、加强流通、构建平台4个方面提出了针对性的对策建议。

To solve out problems of key raw material and key components reserve,like imperfect system,irrational reserve structure,inflexible reserve approach and backward management tools in equipment emergency acquisition,this paper probes into the characteristics of equipment emergency acquisition and significance of enhancement of equipment emergency acquisition for material reserves. In four aspects including perfecting system,giving prominence to key problems,strengthening circu‐lation and constructing platform,the paper brings forth some specific countermeasures and sugges‐tions.
