大多数内置测温光纤在电缆接头内接续,对电缆接头的结构造成了一定的影响,且光纤的特性及安装工艺也无统一标准,若处理不当将会直接影响电缆的安全运行。为此,研究了光纤外皮绝缘特性与温度特性的测试方案,通过实验模拟了光纤在电缆接头内部的工作状态并测试了光纤外皮绝缘性能和温度性能,测试结果给出光纤的绝缘性能和温度性能参数,并发现光纤接续工艺控制不当而破坏电缆接头绝缘的隐患。为了在不影响电缆运行的前提下实现内置测温光纤接续,避免隐患,探讨了相应的光纤接续改良措施。
大多數內置測溫光纖在電纜接頭內接續,對電纜接頭的結構造成瞭一定的影響,且光纖的特性及安裝工藝也無統一標準,若處理不噹將會直接影響電纜的安全運行。為此,研究瞭光纖外皮絕緣特性與溫度特性的測試方案,通過實驗模擬瞭光纖在電纜接頭內部的工作狀態併測試瞭光纖外皮絕緣性能和溫度性能,測試結果給齣光纖的絕緣性能和溫度性能參數,併髮現光纖接續工藝控製不噹而破壞電纜接頭絕緣的隱患。為瞭在不影響電纜運行的前提下實現內置測溫光纖接續,避免隱患,探討瞭相應的光纖接續改良措施。

Fiber junction of majorities of built- in temperature measurement fibers always occurs in cable joint which may cause certain affect on structure of the cable joint. Meanwhile,there are no unified standards of characteristic of the fiber and installation technology,it might directly affect safe operation of the cable due to misconduct. Therefore,this paper studies testing schemes for insulation and temperature characteristics of the fiber sheath. By means of experiments,working state of the fiber inside the cable joint was simulated,insulation and temperature performance was tested. The testing results provide parameters of insulation performance and temperature performance of the fiber and discovers hidden dangers of damaging insulation of the cable joint due to improper control on fiber junction technology. In order to realize junction of built-in temperature measurement fiber on the premise of ensuring cable operation and avoid hidden dangers,relevant im-provement measures for fiber junction were discussed.
