采用静态旋转挂片试验、动态模拟试验和电化学试验的方法,研究消防水池水对循环水泵冷却水、脱硫工艺补充水等系统的腐蚀速率,确定腐蚀影响因素,分析腐蚀的原因,制定出相关的控制指标,有效减缓循环水泵冷却水、脱硫工艺水等系统的腐蚀并提出解决中水腐蚀的建议,包括加药方式优化、设备参数调整、工艺条件的改进,大大提高回水的再生利用及减小管道的腐蚀作用。

Static rotary coupon test,dynamic simulation test and electro-chemical test was used for studying corrosion speed rate of reclaimed water to systems such as circulating water pump cooling water system and desulfurization make-up water system,determining influencing factors on corrosion,analyzing reasons for corrosion and formulating relevant control index to effectively slow down corrosion of systems. In addition,suggestions to solve corrosion of reclaimed water were proposed including optimization on dosing mode,adjustment on equipment parameters and improvement of process conditions which might greatly improve regeneration and utilization of return water and reduce corrosive action of pipes.
