目的：观察痰热清注射液治疗重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开后并发肺部感染的临床疗效。方法将80例重型颅脑损伤气管切开后并发肺部感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用痰热清注射液静脉滴注。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效及症状体征、炎症指标恢复正常时间。结果治疗组总有效率97.50%，高于对照组之77.50%（P<0.05）；治疗组症状体征、炎症指标恢复正常时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论痰热清注射液治疗重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开后并发肺部感染的临床疗效显著，患者依从性好。
목적：관찰담열청주사액치료중형로뇌손상환자기관절개후병발폐부감염적림상료효。방법장80례중형로뇌손상기관절개후병발폐부감염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，각40례，대조조채용상규치료，치료조재대조조기출상가용담열청주사액정맥적주。비교량조환자치료후림상료효급증상체정、염증지표회복정상시간。결과치료조총유효솔97.50%，고우대조조지77.50%（P<0.05）；치료조증상체정、염증지표회복정상시간명현단우대조조（P<0.05）。결론담열청주사액치료중형로뇌손상환자기관절개후병발폐부감염적림상료효현저，환자의종성호。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tanreqing Injection on pulmonary infection af?ter tracheostomy in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods:80 cases of severe traumatic brain in?jury after tracheotomy in patients with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into treatment group and con?trol group with 40 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional treatment;treatment group were given Tanreqing injection on the basis of control group. Symptoms and signs,markers of inflammation were compared between the two groups after treatment to restore the normal time and curative effect. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the observation index recov?ery time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Clinical efficacy of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of pulmonary infection after tracheostomy in patients with severe traumatic brain injury is signifi?cant,the compliance of patients is good,whidh is worth the clinical promotion.
