目的：探讨综合护理干预在病毒性脑炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2011年5月~2014年5月收治的92例病毒性脑炎患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各46例。两组均给予常规治疗。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组的SAS、SDS、ADL评分及护理满意率。结果观察组干预后的SAS、SDS、ADL评分显著低于干预前及对照组干预后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效改善病毒性脑炎患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高其日常生活能力，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토종합호리간예재병독성뇌염환자중적응용효과。방법선취본원2011년5월~2014년5월수치적92례병독성뇌염환자작위연구대상，근거수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，각46례。량조균급여상규치료。대조조채용상규호리간예，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여종합호리간예。비교량조적SAS、SDS、ADL평분급호리만의솔。결과관찰조간예후적SAS、SDS、ADL평분현저저우간예전급대조조간예후，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적호리만의솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론종합호리간예능유효개선병독성뇌염환자적초필、억욱정서，제고기일상생활능력，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patient with viral en-cephalitis. Methods 92 cases with viral encephalitis from May 2011 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,46 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional therapy.The control group was given conventional nursing inter-vention,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The score of SAS,SDS,ADL and the rate of nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared reapectively. Results The score of SAS,SDS,ADL in the observation group after intervention was lower than that before intervention and in the control group after intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05).The rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing inter-vention can effectively improve anxiety and depression in patient with viral encephalitis,improve their daily living abili-ty,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
