从应用型本科院校的办学定位出发,指出教师教学模式所存在的问题。基于知识协同的角度解释了教师传授学术或专业知识和培养应用型本科教育教学创新的内涵,阐述了教学理念、教学方法和手段、教学管理的更新,并以安徽省某高校应用型物流管理本科人才培养的教学改革为例,提出一些具体的措施,力图为解决应用型本科人才培养过程中的不适应问题提供参考。
從應用型本科院校的辦學定位齣髮,指齣教師教學模式所存在的問題。基于知識協同的角度解釋瞭教師傳授學術或專業知識和培養應用型本科教育教學創新的內涵,闡述瞭教學理唸、教學方法和手段、教學管理的更新,併以安徽省某高校應用型物流管理本科人纔培養的教學改革為例,提齣一些具體的措施,力圖為解決應用型本科人纔培養過程中的不適應問題提供參攷。

Taking the scho ol-running orientation in application-oriented college and university as the starting point of discussion, it points out the problems of mode of teaching. From knowledge collaborative perspective, it explains innovation connotation of teaching within teaching the discipline or professional knowledge and training applied undergraduate talents, and expounds its teaching concept、teaching method and way, the teaching management of innovation ideas. It takes education teaching mode reform of personnel training of logistics management in Anhui Xinhua University for example and proposes some specific measures, and tries to provide reference to solve inadaptation of the applied undergraduate talents in the process of training.
