当前国内医患关系紧张,隐藏在医患关系失调背后的深层次原因是医患之间的信任缺失。从科层组织理论的视角出发,深入分析其关键特征(专业分工、等级森严、纪律严明、理性关系、量才用人)对医患信任的影响路径和作用机制,为进一步构建和谐医患关系提供参考。

In current China, the deeper reason hiding behind a worse relationship between physicians and patients is the lack of trust. Based on the perspective of bureaucracy, we analyzed what and how these key features have influenced on the degree of trust between healthcare providers and recipients, so that we can provide support for building harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
